Community Practice #1

For my first community practice I listened to a spanish song called Donde Estan Corazon by Enrique Iglesias. When listening to this song I was able to pick up on a few words here and there like Corazon, volar, el agua, del rio, donde, vivimios, quieren, and el pasado. Though I don’t know enough spanish to get what the song is saying I can use what I’ve learned to put together a few lines here and there and understand what I can. I think that this experience was beneficial because I was able to listen to spanish in a way that intrigued my interest and helped me to focus. These are the lyrics:
