Community Practice #8

For this community practice I watched the movie Selena with Jennifer Lopez. It is a great movie that I have seen many times. This time when I watched it I payed special attention to the culture in the movie and the way that Selena was raised. Her father was very protective of her by the way she dressed and the things she did and that says a lot about their culture. She was taught at a very young age to love music and to love the Spanish language.
